1. What Happens When We Need To Call Out An Engineer?
There are two ways you can do this. If you have an account on the Flex Hub online system, then you can report the job on there and our operations team will make contact and arrange for an engineer to visit site. Alternatively, you can call us on 01482 247505.
2. Who Will Undertake The Work?
At Flex we employ a wide range of engineers covering a large number of trades. We always allocate the best engineer for the job whether the work is electrical, plumbing, gas, joinery, fire safety, windows and doors, kitchen fitting, bathroom installers, roofers etc.
3. What About ‘Out of Hours’ Or Emergency Problems?
For urgent issues we do have an out of hours service. You would need to call our office on 01482 247505 and if the call is made outside of normal working hours then you will be provided with a mobile number to contact. Once a call is made to our out of hours mobile then a voicemail will need to be left detailing the problem, we will then make contact once we have arranged for the correct engineer to attend.
4. How Much Does The Service Cost?
We provide quotations for all work that we carry out.
5. How Far Will You Travel?
We cover Hull and East Yorkshire predominantly, but we do travel further afield for certain contracts that are nationwide.

7. What Is The Typical Response Time To A Job?
We will make contact to book a job within 24 hours of receiving a job request. As with all work we aim to provide a quick turnaround for the client and all the timescales are fully communicated with the client.
